wiki: bump Latest tag to v1.0.0 (stability milestone) 

Radio v1.0.0 LIVE on wp.org 2026-06-09. Updated Home page latest-tag
entry to link the Gitea Release. Also updated the 'add a station'
example commands in Stations to use v1.x.0 naming.
