wiki: replace × (U+00D7) with ASCII x to silence Gitea ambiguous-Unicode warning

3 instances: 'at 4× normal speed' (Home + How-to-Use), 'ceiling × 1.5'
(How-to-Use). The multiplication sign is correct typography but
Gitea (rightly) warns on it as a potential ASCII lookalike. Lowercase
x is universally understood as 'times' in 'WPM x N' contexts.
